The cryptocurrency 3rd biggest payment processor GoCoin informed on Thursday that it has set a new partnership with the platform Ziftr, mixing cryptocurrency payment processing and loyalty programs.
GoCoin remains in the top payment solutions provider group after Coinbase and BitPay, while being the No. 1 in altcoins integration offering. Before, we could hear about the company in case of entering an agreement with GAWMiners, related to Paycoin integration, but it did not bear any fruit, or in case of providing support for Litecoin, or Dogecoin. Latest news spoke even about adding Tether, a blockchain-based cryptocurrency pegged to fiat. Criteria for adding any new instruments of the cryptocurrency solutions provider have already been published.
As for Ziftr, the company offers further services related to cryptocurrency segment as crypto and credit card payment platform, a loyalty program with its own digital currency or a wallet.
Steve Beauregard, GoCoin CEO, expressed his worries that there is not much motivation of the retail sector to use Bitcoin and this cryptocurrency is facing “a serious adoption problem.” Such new partnership as this one between GoCoin and Ziftr have a goal to provide consumers with a loyalty points possibility if they do any purchase, using the digital currency.
Moreover, news from the cryptocurrency sector showed Kraken, introducing dark pool trading, where investors, traders can place huge orders and noone will know their interests. Such upgrade could provide better pricing than in the casa of being visible.
