Leverate, a forex technology solutions provider, has announced a release of newly integrated CTA chat within its SIRIXActive system.
This system supports better target conversion rates, while it lowers costs of Leverate clients’ marketing. The CTA- chat feature has a goal to provide higher level of the communication between traders and brokers in a way, which guides users through the conversion funnel. The change will provide a chat on the side of the broker, as the previous version had only chat feature for a trader.
The SIRIXActive system is designed to work as a partnership with other Leverate’s products in order to enhance conversion, deposits and retention. The SIRIXActive, SIRIXSocial and LXCRM systems work in gear as part of the same SIRIXBroker system.
Moreover, Leverate has introduced native mobile apps for the iOS and Android systems with support for Marshmallow, in-app registration and social trading integration.
These news only follow previous one, when a group of shareholders funded a brokerage house, whose head became Head of Customer Relations in Leverate, Mariano Obludzyner. It is called LegacyFX, supported by Leverate technology.

Furthermore, this month saw a change in the sales department, which was left by the former VP of sales, Yosef Kaplan (now in Cloud Computing) and Ben Richter became a head of Institutional Sales.
