The wealth manager, Odey Asset Management, informed on Tuesday that it is acquiring larger portion of Plus500, a retail FX and CFD broker.
According to official report, Odey Asset Management bought 1,605,000 shares, lifting its official stake to actual 16,185,198 shares.
Now it holds over 14% stake in Plus500 company with proporional voting rights. From its units CF Odey Absolute Return Fund owns 10.81%.
This came right after a decline in share price of Plus500 on Monday, related probably to a Friday’s overload problems. On Tuesday, shares of the company dropped over 11% to actual price of 412p.
